A: MOQ is 5 et. we imported bulk containers raw material from abroad with sufficient stock.

A: Since we use high-quality imported wood, international price fluctuations affect our pricing; additionally, as a custom factory,we quote based on different configurations.
Q5: How Long for Sample and mass production lead time?
A: For customized sample it will take 15-20 days to make. For mass production, it will takes 30-45 days after sample is confirmed.

Currently, we primarily collaborate with major professional sauna manufacturers (B2B clients), mainly concentrated in the U.S., Australia, Germany, the U.K., France, Canada, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Japan & South Korea, as well as domestic markets (China). Due to confidentiality agreements (NDAs) with our clients, we cannot disclose specific brand names.
